Job Descriptions :
- Design and update SOPs required by the company in the fields of production, service, employee management, and safety and hygiene at work.
- Oversee the implementation of SOPs in all outlets and ensure compliance with established standards.
- Develop and conduct training programs for new and existing employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Conduct regular internal audits to assess compliance with SOPs and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide coaching and support to employees to ensure consistent and efficient implementation of SOPs.
- Collaborate with the Product Development department in preparing and conducting special training for new products to be launched.
- Work closely with Product Development and Operations teams to ensure relevant SOPs and effective training.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Food Technology, or related field.
- Age not more than 35 years.
- More than 3 years of experience in the F&B industry, especially in operational management or employee training, especially in the F&B industry.
- Ability to lead and manage a team, and delegate tasks effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey information and instructions clearly.
- Skills in data analysis and operational performance evaluation.
- High attention to detail to ensure compliance with SOPs.
- Deep understanding of how SOPs, proper hygiene and HACCP work.
- Experience in developing and administering effective training programs.
- Work mobile (have a private vehicle).
