Operational Manager (Full Time)

Pecenongan, Central Jakarta

Design and implement short and long term operational strategies.
Develop operational targets and align them with company financial targets.
Develop and evaluate the performance of Assistant Operational Managers and Area Managers.
Determine recruitment and development needs for operational human resources.
Be the main director in establishing a professional and collaborative work culture.
Ensure all outlets achieve the set KPIs (sales, service quality and cost efficiency).
Oversee outlet operational and financial reports periodically.
Analyze and intervene in the performance of outlets that do not reach targets.
Ensure that all outlets comply with SOPs, government regulations and company service standards.
Implement a comprehensive quality audit and periodic supervision system.
Be the main liaison between the operational team and top management.
Actively coordinate with the Marketing, HR, Finance, Training and Procurement departments.
Represent operational divisions in company strategic meetings.
Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly operational reports to the Board of Directors.
Provide data-based input for company strategic decision making.

Diploma in Business Management, Hospitality, or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years work experience as a Restaurant Operational Manager managing 2 or more Area Managers (Minimum 5 outlets).
Look neat and professional.
Have an excellent understanding of all parts of the restaurant such as products and services.
Able to understand and analyze financial reports.
Have strong interpersonal, organizational and leadership skills.
Understand QC and regulations in the restaurant environment.
Understand good restaurant inventory and maintenance systems.
Committed and have the ability to solve problems in the restaurant environment.
Under 40 years old.
